Daniëlle is the VP of Finance of Paddle, a payments infrastructure for SaaS business.

Born in the Netherlands, she went on vacation to Aruba with her parents and never went back. She later moved to the US to live and complete her university. She completed two degrees simultaneously: a bachelor’s in International Community Development and a bachelor’s in Business Administration.

After university, Daniëlle spent 8 years working in the US Hospitality business across the Americas (North, Central, South & Caribbean). She then relocated to the Netherlands to join Booking.com where she held several senior regional and global roles over 4 years, leading numerous innovation and automation projects. Wanting to dive deeper into the tech company space, she stepped into her first start/scale-up, Messagebird.com, as the Head of Finance Operations. At Messagebird she set up and built the operations role, scaled the company globally, and led several company acquisition integrations.

Jaya Kishore Reddy Gollareddy is building technology at Yellow AI, a leading conversation AI platform for enterprises to automate customer experience. He is a tech entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in distributed systems, design thinking, and rapid prototyping in various industries including enterprise cloud, e-commerce, and SaaS.

Joe Baffone leads the overall business development, strategy, and culture of Annexus Health. Prior to co-founding Annexus Health, Joe spent 7 years as a principal at onPoint Oncology, where he concepted, built, implemented, and monetized cancer access solutions. Earlier, Joe spent 20+ years working in life sciences.

A majority of his time was dedicated to the business of oncology, where he established strategies and led teams dedicated to contracting, pricing, reimbursement, payer, and access functions, as well as establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key oncology organizations.

Art Chan

Senior Partner Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services. With over 25 years experience in the technology industry, Art has worked at a number of Fortune 500 companies as well as having founded and operated an applied data analytics company for over a decade. He’s worked at Opsware/Loudcloud (acquired by HP), one of the first companies to offer Software as a Service computing with an Infrastructure as a Service model. At AWS, he works with APN Partners, helping guide and develop their technical practice. For fun, Art is a marathon runner and a 6x Ironman triathlon finisher.

Josue Murillo Leon

Senior DevOps Engineer @ Encora. He is one of the co-leaders of Encora’s Cloud Services Technology Practice. Josue has extensive experience leading teams, from multi-disciplinary Agile teams to DevOps-only teams.

Josue’s expertise is in the AWS Cloud platform, with over 5 years of experience creating Cloud solutions across a wide variety of client contexts. He has experience designing and implementing Cloud-ready solutions, migrating applications to the Cloud, optimizing Cloud architectures, improving disaster recovery and data backup strategies, and implementing CI/CD solutions for the Cloud, using a combination of Cloud-only and hybrid solutions.

Susan Jeffers is a serial entrepreneur and digital marketing veteran with over a decade of experience founding and advising many consumer startups and fashion brands. She has deep passion for creating innovative and scalable products with a focus on UI/UX design. Her strength lies in bridging the gap between business and technology, while creating solutions on how to best leverage them to align expectations and attain business goals.

Susan has been part of the founding team for two retail startups responsible for digital marketing and consumer experience, one of which was acquired by theFind.​

Sean Hinton is a recognized thought leader and innovator in labor economics and the Future of Work, having invented Quantum Labor Analysis that marries economic theory with artificial intelligence to produce the most advanced real-time knowledge graph of jobs, skills, training, and labor market intelligence in the world.

He is the Co-Chair of the Entrepreneurs Circle of the Canadian American Business Council (CABC) and a member of OECD’s Future of Work Forum Engagement Group. In 2020, Sean was invited by the Government of Canada to join the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI) and represent Canada as one of the 15 founding countries. GPAI is one of the most extensive collaborations on AI policy and the first international standard for AI.

Spencer Maid is Chief Commercial Officer at Origin Wireless, the inventor of WiFi Sensing technology enabling customers to build a wide range of smart home, health and well-being, and automotive applications. Spencer has thirty years of experience in sales, marketing, product management, and innovation/business development. He specializes in leading teams to bring innovative, quality products to commercialization that make an impact on people’s lives.

Avery Pennarun started his first startup back in university, sold it to IBM 8 years later, worked on Google Wallet and Google Fiber for several years, started several open source projects (netselect, wvdial, bup, sshuttle, popularity-contest, and others), and sometimes writes popular blog posts about systems design. His latest startup, Tailscale, aims to make the Internet work the way it was always supposed to work. How hard can it be?

Kirsten is the Co-Founder of Cloverleaf.me – a B2B SaaS platform that provides automated team coaching – where she oversees all things Product and People. She often speaks on the power of diversity of thought and psychologically safe cultures, from her TEDx talk, to her podcast “People are Complicated.” While building Cloverleaf, Kirsten has also been building her young family in Cincinnati, Ohio where she lives with her husband and two young kids.

Melissa Ribeiro has 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across a variety of industries and organizations, including broad international roles and significant depth in Latin America. In her role as Encora’s Chief People Officer, Melissa provides strategic leadership to the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition functions to support the business through a period of progressive transformation. Prior roles are Chief People Officer at Actian Corporation, Global Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Deluxe Entertainment, Global Vice President of Human Resources at Opera Mediaworks, and the Head of HR for Yahoo U.S. and Latin America.

Anabel Montiel is a proactive People & Culture executive with a 17-year track record in people growth, organizational development and corporate social responsibility. She has been working with Encora for 8 years. Throughout this time, she has strengthened the company’s people-centered culture through her deep interest in people and their wellbeing. She is also an avid promoter of freedom in the workplace and exploring participative approaches to connect individuals with collective purposes.

Steve Van Lare is Vice-President of Engineering at Anjuna Security. Steve has 30 years of experience in enterprise software. He was formerly Vice-President of Engineering at Automation Anywhere. In the security area, Steve was Vice-President of Engineering at 41st Parameter, a leader in fraud detection. Previously, he was Vice-President at Oracle and Agile Software.

Steve has a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
