Can AI help us cook and eat healthy... but on our own terms?
Michael Haase is the CEO and Founder of PlantJammer, a company that has set its sights on fixing the broken food system via gamification of home cooking.
Curiosity is Michael’s fuel. He works in the intersection of biotechnology, food, and AI. Michael has made his kitchen into a lab and his coffee table is stacked with books like “Organic Chemistry”, “The Science and Lore of the Kitchen”, “Food Lab”, “The Art of Fermentation”, and “Machine Learning with Python”.
Michael wants to use novel exponential technologies to make the world a better place. This requires insatiable curiosity and an ability to excite people around him. That is what he is really good at.
