Our CX team is suddenly remote. How can we use technology to protect the customer experience?

Stephen Ehikian is the Co-Founder and CEO at Airkit.  He was formerly the VP of Product at Salesforce and COO/CFO at SalesforceIQ, which was called RelateIQ until Salesforce acquired the company in 2014.  Stephen is from Atherton, CA. He studied mechanical engineering and economics at Yale and received an MBA from Stanford.

Adam Evans is the Co-Founder and CTO at Airkit.  He was formerly a CTO at Salesforce and Founder/CTO at SalesforceIQ, which was called RelateIQ until Salesforce acquired the company in 2014.  SalesforceIQ pioneered the creation of Relationship Intelligence technology, which drives more efficient and effective sales teams. Adam is from Champaign, Il.  He studied computer science and business at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
