Dave Hecker‘s passion is making offshore software outsourcing succeed, by connecting clients with the best overseas teams and helping them avoid the usual pitfalls of offshore development. Dave was a software developer for ten years but he really found his niche as a software delivery specialist, agile mentor, and team lead.
As an early evangelist of the Rational Unified Process (now called Agile Programming and Agile Management), Dave’s been involved in iterative development and agile methodologies since the early ’90s. He believes in building a strong team culture and has built his reputation on getting the right teams in place, figuring out the right process for each situation, and making it all work to ship top quality code, on time.
