How can digital self-service solutions help manufacturers streamline their customer support operations and reduce costs?
As an original founder, Kris joined GenAlpha fulltime in March of 2013 with the purpose to help B2B manufacturer’s grow revenue by implementing technologies that make it easier to do business. Prior to joining GenAlpha, Kris worked for more than ten years in leadership positions with two large multinational manufacturing companies, Bucyrus International and Caterpillar, supporting the mining industry.
In her various positions she had a responsibility to work with internal stakeholders, dealers, and customers to deliver business results both in aftermarket and equipment sales. In her current role, together with the GenAlpha team, Kris establishes the vision, sets the strategy, and helps to overcome roadblocks to ensure GenAlpha delivers on the commitments made to each manufacturing customer. As an advocate of manufacturing, she also devotes time to share her thought leadership in the manufacturing digital transformation space, lending her knowledge and experience in blogs, webinars, and podcasts.
