Kimberly Sullivan is the VP of People and Talent at Herrmann, the originators of Whole Brain® Thinking, the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®), and creators of the Herrmann Platform. Herrmann is a 100% distributed team across the USA, UK and EMEA. Kimberly’s main area of focus is growing people, teams, and inclusive cultures in remove environments. She aims to create inclusive spaces of work for all people and future talent.
Kimberly resides in Cleveland, OH, and is the Chairperson of Fostering Hope, a nonprofit that works to enrich the lives of children living in foster care and residential treatment by providing unique experiences and giving the community opportunities to profoundly impact a child’s life.
