His previous start-up Konotor was acquired by Freshworks in 2015, and went on to become their fastest growing product (Freshchat). Prior to starting up, Sri was leading product teams in companies like Verizon, Rediff, & Jigsee. Sri is passionate about all things CX and onboarding, and runs an onboarding and CS community called Preflight.cx.
