Tye Beard
Professor Tye Beard, CPTD, is the Director of Live Training and OnDemand Solutions at ASTM International. ASTM’s Training department provides practical, hands-on training on the standards that most impact industry.
For over 20 years, Tye has worked in the Training & Development space leading high impact teams and developing engaging live, virtual and eLearning environments for corporations, customers, and higher ed.
Tye holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and a Master’s degree in Learning Technology from Drexel University. She’s an active board member for IACET Petroleum and Natural Gas (PNG) where she serves on several task groups and committees.
Tye is a Certified Professional in Talent Development CPTD, and an Adjunct Professor for Jefferson University, where she teaches Education and Management courses.
In her spare time, you can find Tye gardening, spinning on her Peloton bike, and spending time with family and friends.
Meghan Conan
Meghan Conan is the eLearning Project Specialist for ASTM International. She has been working in the L&D field for over 15 years working in Learning Management Systems and Virtual events. Meghan has a Master’s in Adult Education and Training and is a Certified SCRUM Master.
