Leveraging tech to enable better access and quality of care for underserved women.

Livia Keseman is the Strategic Project Manager at TwentyEight Health. She has always been passionate about healthcare. Her background is biomedical engineering and has worked for 5 years at Ion Beam Applications, the world leader in proton therapy (a new technology to treat cancer). After those 5 years, Livia got selected at a prestigious competition, the Prince Albert Fund (Belgian equivalent of 30 under 30). She then worked for Byteflies, a successful digital health startup.

Livia is currently part of the Twentyeight Health team, a company whose mission is to increase the access of sexual and reproductive health to underserved women. The company’s solution is a combination of telemedicine and medication delivery to remove all barriers for women to get the birth control they need. It is the only company in the field to focus on Medicaid and uninsured women.
