Kirsten is the Co-Founder of Cloverleaf.me – a B2B SaaS platform that provides automated team coaching – where she oversees all things Product and People. She often speaks on the power of diversity of thought and psychologically safe cultures, from her TEDx talk, to her podcast “People are Complicated.” While building Cloverleaf, Kirsten has also been building her young family in Cincinnati, Ohio where she lives with her husband and two young kids.
Melissa Ribeiro has 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across a variety of industries and organizations, including broad international roles and significant depth in Latin America. In her role as Encora’s Chief People Officer, Melissa provides strategic leadership to the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition functions to support the business through a period of progressive transformation. Prior roles are Chief People Officer at Actian Corporation, Global Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Deluxe Entertainment, Global Vice President of Human Resources at Opera Mediaworks, and the Head of HR for Yahoo U.S. and Latin America.
Anabel Montiel is a proactive People & Culture executive with a 17-year track record in people growth, organizational development and corporate social responsibility. She has been working with Encora for 8 years. Throughout this time, she has strengthened the company’s people-centered culture through her deep interest in people and their wellbeing. She is also an avid promoter of freedom in the workplace and exploring participative approaches to connect individuals with collective purposes.
