Nirit Rubenstein is the CEO and Founder of Dovly, an online credit improvement platform that helps consumers suffering from poor credit and lack of access to bank loans, credit cards and mortgages.
She’s a seasoned business executive with a record of driving sales growth and operational excellence. Nirit’s 20-year business career has featured leadership positions at both public and private enterprises, including Salesforce.com, Green Dot Corporation, Del Monte Foods (now Big Heart Pet Brands), and most recently as Chief Operating Officer of telecommunications provider Nextiva, Inc.
She has led organizations with over $300M in revenue and over 400 personnel, including sales, marketing, product, finance and engineering. Nirit earned her MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and her undergraduate degree from Haifa University in Israel. She is also a decorated veteran of the Israel Defense Forces. Outside of work, Nirit enjoys exploring the hiking trails and other natural wonders of her adopted home in Arizona, with her husband and three children.
