Pava LaPere is the CEO of EcoMap Technologies, a rapidly-growing tech company that makes it possible to navigate the ecosystems all around us. EcoMap’s platforms are used by organizations such as The Aspen Institute, Meta, and the Maryland Department of Commerce to navigate everything from Baltimore’s tech community to the entire AR/VR industry.
Before EcoMap, Pava founded the accelerators at Johns Hopkins University, a low-code dev agency, and two nonprofits. Pava is a Forbes 30 Under 30, TEDx speaker, and recipient of numerous recognitions for her work in ecosystem theory. She is passionate about hyperlocal economic development to create a more equitable future.
