Defining the future of the software-defined car.
Hemant Sikaria is CEO and co-founder of Silicon Valley-based connected vehicle platform company Sibros, the world’s first Deep Connectivity Platform offering whole-vehicle OTA software updates with deep data collection and AI-powered analytics. This software-first approach empowers vehicle OEMs and suppliers with a single system to address hundreds of connected vehicle use cases spanning service/fleet management, predictive maintenance, personalization, data monetization and beyond.
Hemant began his career as a software engineer at Oracle before joining Tesla as an early engineer on the firmware team. At Tesla, Hemant helped build the EV maker’s well known OTA (Over-the-Air) software and data collection systems, later serving as technical lead for the Body and Chassis Firmware division. After Tesla, Hemant co-founded Sibros with a vision of building a single system that could address all modern connected vehicle use cases by providing whole-vehicle OTA software updates and deep data collection across any vehicle architecture. Hemant earned his Bachelor and Master degrees with honors in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and resides in the Bay Area with his wife and children.
